出品者コメントGood-Very Good overall vint cond: The int kerosene fill tank (which is now completely empty & dry) is still present. Only the bottom of the orange enamel painted tin railroad hand held lamp is disturbed by some minor-mod oxidation along the lower margins of the lamp's sidewalls. The vint RR lamp is signed 'Chalwyn, Made in England' on its top curved tin dome. The orange painted enamel paint on the tin lamp's surface is largely undisturbed, less some spots of oxidation near the apex of the lamp. The RR lamp feats a top curved tin handle, making it easy for the RR worker to grasp it, pick it up, carry it & put it back down. It has an upright rectangular body w/a curved top, which allows heated gases to escape the RR lamp's int comprtmnt. The L, front & R sidewalls of the lamp have white enamel painted tin collars surrounding the stamped & ringed clear polymer lenses. 'Chalwyn' is stamped from the underside of the top and is embossed. A terrific mid-20th c English RR artifact. Very nice.

The vintage railroad lamp is signed 'Chalwyn, Made in England' on its top curved tin dome. The orange painted enamel paint on the tin lamp's surface is largely undisturbed, less some spots of oxidation near the apex of the lamp. The railroad lamp features a top curved tin handle, making it easy for the railroad worker to grasp it, pick it up, carry it and put it back down. It has an upright rectangular body with a curved top, which allows heated gases to escape the railroad lamp's interior compartment. The left, front and right sidewalls of the lamp have white enamel painted tin collars surrounding the stamped and ringed clear polymer lenses. 'Chalwyn' is stamped from the underside of the top and is embossed. A terrific mid-20th century English railroad artifact. Very nice. CONDITION:Good to Very Good overall vintage condition.
